Announcements & Updates

FILM:
Here's Betsy on the set of The Will, directed by Patrick Kiernan, working together recently with fellow actor Paul Petersen ("The Donna Reed Show"), founder and president of A Minor Consideration - a non-profit, tax-deductible organization formed to give aid and support to young performers - past, present, and future.

Just back from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Betsy portrayed the brassy and bitchy casting director "Gladys" in Stevan Mena's The Unspoken, due out later this year, which is actually a mockumentary on the making of the fictional horror thriller, Brutal Massacre -- Be confused... be very confused!

Look for Betsy as "Marge" on Witches' Night, a Haymoon Productions feature film set for release in 2007, on location in Wisconsin... ummmmm... cold nights, autumn leaves, hooting owls, a coupla rented canoes, and a calm river setting... Just don't put your paddle in the water! Stay tuned! Here are a couple of production stills. She also just finished working on 3 other films: Cat's Meow, Plus or Minus... and Drive Around Town... all short films for upcoming film festivals.

TV:
The new Tim and Eric Awesome Show on TV's Cartoon Network premiered Sunday night, Feb. 11th, 11:45 pm most regions. Look for Betsy as "Mom" on the April 8 show!
And find Betsy on reruns of Word Of Honor, a CBS-MOW shot in Detroit, still showing up after all these years. Betsy plays John Malkovich's fiance, and Karl Malden's and Rue McClanahan's daughter! "What a great time we had shooting that! Lucky opportunity for me!"

STAGE:

Betsy is currently starring as "Ma Kirby" in Thornton Wilder's Happy Journey to Trenton and Cambden in LA throughout November 2007, as "Arts in Action's" premiere repertory production... certainly one of the most sentimental and sweeter portrayals of Americana that Wilder has ever written about.
Betsy also recently finished a 3-month run at Santa Monica's Promenade Playhouse as Nanny Olga in Red Chief, an adaption of O'Henry's great short story... You can tell by the picture that her character is loveable, kind, sweet and endearing. Hey kids - check out Reading is Fundamental, rifsocal.org.

SINGING:
Last year, Betsy performed for a sold-out, standing room only crowd an entire evening of Cabaret, Jazz, Comedy and holiday funny favorites in "All Wrapped Up, But Not Too Tightly" at "The Gardenia Nightclub" in West Hollywood. Check this page for her next show!
You asked for more! And now she's gone and done it... so get ready!
